1. Create account at www.mail.google.com.
   
2. Open URL www.blogger.com
3. Fill Name with your google e-mail, and password with your mail password.
4. Choose Continue
   
5. Write your blog title. You can't leave it blank
   
6. Fill your blog URL. Later you can visit your blog at this URL. For example, Write: firstblog later you can visit it at www.firstblog.blogspot.com. Remember to check the availability
   
7. Choose your template click Continue
   
8. Your blog have already created,click Start Blogging to start your first post.
